Community capture rules
The mission is coverage, not accusation. Enroofe rewards useful public-land context, not dramatic claims, worker targeting or “catching someone out”. Rewards are not live in this release.
Do
- Capture from a place you may lawfully stand.
- Use Enroofe’s live Field Capture when you want a location-recorded label.
- Begin with a wide context frame, then an edge/detail if useful.
- Photograph public signage clearly enough to read it.
- Use neutral observation categories and describe only what is visible.
- Help cover under-mapped places and revisit stale observations.
Do not
- Trespass, enter closed areas or put yourself, an animal or another person at risk.
- Stage a scene, submit generated/edited evidence as a live capture, or intentionally misstate location.
- Target, follow, identify or confront workers, contractors, residents or other park users.
- Intentionally capture faces, children, number plates, private homes or other unnecessary personal information.
- Write causal or legal allegations based only on visual appearance.
- Submit controlled-species locations or use Enroofe as a foraging/sourcing tool.
Moderation
Every community field set enters a private queue. Moderators may approve it for internal use, request correction, reject it, or later pair it with stronger evidence. Approval in this release does not itself publish the original media.
Future participation incentives
If participation incentives are ever introduced, they should reward useful geographic coverage, clear context and responsible revisits — never negative allegations, alarming imagery or attention directed at a particular organisation.
